During the years 2011-2015 the Faculty participates in the project:

Increasing the number and competence of JU mathematics graduates

The project supports the students who started their studies in the academic years 2011/2012 and 2012/2013. The assistance is provided during the whole first cycle (undergraduate) programme.

Studyig mathematics has never been so simple

Thanks to the broad offer of supplementary and supporting courses, the students can revise and supplement their knowledge. The disabled students are helped by specially trained tutors, and special classes teach students how to use modern technology in mathematics. exciting

Within the framework of the ordered programmes of study, during the years 2012-2015 we organize competitions for the best student paper on applications of mathematics and for the best visualization of mathematical problem. The total value of the prizes is PLN 38,000.

...and so cost-effective

The scholarship worth 1000 PLN is paid 9 months/year. There are 66 scholarships for the best first-year students (the selection is based on admission results), 55 for the best second-year students and 50 for the best third-year students. Besides, the best students have an opportunity to do work placements in prestigious firms.

Besides, special assistance to disabled students is also possible.
